Rachael Ray's Open Faced Turkey Burger with Pot Pie Gravy



This meal was absolutely positively delish! I admit I heart Rachael Ray... so I am a fan of anything she makes or shows "me" how to make and I am putting my cookbooks to use a lot more often. I have Rachael's Look and Cook recipe book and the recipe's are in heavy rotation...not just because of my love for the kitchen in general, but because the price of gas is enough to stop you from wanting to go out anywhere for a meal (that is double spending and my wallet cannot tolerate it LOL!). This is really an easy meal to prepare, I paired the burgers with my "famous" roasted garlic asparagus that my family swears I slave over and I always laugh because it is literally a 8 minute side dish. I love that Rachel Ray reconstructs recipes into sandwiches or soups. I bet those burgers are so moist! It also looks like a great way to get in some veggies too.
